When I was growing up, Christmas time started as soon as my mom started making her famous fudge. I remember watching her in the kitchen, making batches and batches to bring to friends and neighbors, and pretending not to notice when my younger brother and I stole a few pieces out of each tin. What I didn’t know back then was how quick and EASY fudge recipe is to make! No melting chocolate or baking in the oven! It only uses one pot and one 9 x 13 casserole dish, and it’s so easy to customize with candy cane pieces, extra marshmallows, cut up candy bars, or anything else you might want to add to customize it! This year, my mom was kind enough to share the recipe with me (and therefore all of you) so that you can enjoy it with your families as well! Make sure to put on my favorite Christmas playlist to get in the holiday spirit while you make it!
