Mid Century Modern furniture and decor is an expensive (albeit drool-worthy) trend. Whether you’re a broke college student, saving up for a big purchase, or just don’t want to drop money in the quadruple digits to furnish your home beautifully, finding chic and affordable furniture & homeware items can be hard. One place I personally never thought to look for these kinds of items until I started my wedding registry was Amazon! Browsing through home essentials for my future hubby and I to start our life together with, I was shocked to see what gorgeous and affordable home items Amazon had in stock! Here are a few of my favorites: (and yes, every single one of these is now on our registry. Oops.)

1) These super trendy dining chairs ($99.99 for a set of four):
With 4 1/2 stars and over 100 reviews plus a classic silhouette that will pair well with any table, can you really afford not to buy these?
2) This pink velvet Mid Century dream ($94.99):
I have been eyeing this to use as a vanity chair for months, and I might not make it until the wedding before buying it myself. It’s frequently sold out, though, so make sure you grab it while it’s in stock!
3) This reclaimed wood look console table ($89.35):
Perfect for an entryway or behind your sofa, the classic lines of this table make it timeless!
4) A fuzzy merino style pillow cover that looks snuggly af ($8.29):
Because who doesn’t want a pillow that’s this soft?
5) This open-concept Mid Century Modern coffee table ($229.99):
Look at the paneling on the sides! Can you say no to that? I can’t!
6) An oh-so-soft area rug ($67.00):

I always struggle to find interesting but neutral area rugs. Not a problem with this fluffy number! Get in my cart!
7) This gold floor lamp ($49.95):
Gold will always be in style, but this lamp fits especially well in a well-curated Mid Century Modern space.
8) A space-saving blush linen pillow cover ($7.99):
Seriously. You can save so much room by just buying cushion covers instead of entire pillows and just switching them out when you need a change. Goodbye, home ennui!
Will you be picking up any of these pieces from Amazon? Let me know in the comments below!
